Trustive European Hotspot Aggregator now offers unified Wifi services at 12,000 Hotspots

Amsterdam, Netherlands - 25 May 2005

Trustive, the European based hotspot Aggregator, has today announced a new roaming agreement with Airpath, giving users and partners access to one of the world's largest aggregated hotspot networks as part of a unified service. With the addition of over 2,000 Hotspots from the Airpath Provider Alliance (APA) network, Trustive now offers access to over 12,000 hotspots worldwide.

Trustive works as a Hotspots aggregator, providing all the integration and administration to deliver access to multiple Hotspot networks through a common interface with a single sign-on. For the Hotspot network providers it offers a fully branded version of its client software, allowing them to resell access to the full Trustive network as an additional part of their own service.

Through its unique back-office administration and billing reconciliation system, Trustive offers rapid integration of new networks, giving end-users a single unified bill. Earlier this year the company also signed an agreement with MACH, the GSM roaming hub, which now allows effortless integration between Hotspot Providers and services offered by fixed and mobile telecoms operators.

"Talk of which aggregator offers the most hotspots can be pretty vacuous. Some companies are counting multiple access points at the same location and many aggregators are also counting theoretical agreements where the back office systems integration is not yet in place," comments Gavin Dresselhuis, Trustive's managing director. "But with this major expansion, we are confident that we are now offering one of the best aggregated services available, with 12,013 hotspot locations live and online. Moreover, with the competitive margins Trustive offers its partners we are confident that this figure is set to grow very rapidly over the next twelve months."

By simplifying set-up and provisioning of hot zones and metro zones and linking disparate wireless networks to carrier networks for global roaming, Airpath is allowing wireless broadband access to become as ubiquitous, seamless and truly mobile as is today's mobile phone access.

Airpath's hosted, carrier-class Operational Support System (OSS), roaming, settlement and clearing platforms offer to operators a solution to provision, deploy and manage their wireless networks and roaming activities. "Trustive is clearly a key provider helping to drive the availability of high speed Wireless Internet Service within Europe," said Todd Myers, President and CEO of Airpath, "Airpath is pleased to partner with such a leading edge Service Provider."
