How to connect

Using MyHotspotter software

MyHotspotter is a unique piece of software that will help you connect and log in easily for wireless internet access. Its additional features, including a built-in e-mail service, a direct link to your VPN and a complete mapping solution. The MyHotspotter WiFi connection manager enhances your overall hotspot experience.

  1. Make sure you have installed MyHotspotter
  2. MyHotspotter
    When you are at a Trustive hotspot, a pop-up will automatically appear notifying you that you are at a Trustive hotspot
  3. Double click on the Trustive logo in the pop-up
  4. MyHotspotter will now automatically connect and log in for you.

Web login using a web browser

If you don't want to download MyHotspotter you can still access all the Trustive hotspots simply using your internet browser. It works with Windows, Macintosh, Windows Mobile, Symbian, etc., as long as you have an Internet browser on your wireless device.

  1. Connect to the hotspot
  2. Open your internet browser
  3. A hotspot log in page will now appear, select Trustive as your preferred roaming partner
  4. You are now redirected to the Trustive log in page; enter your Trustive username and password and click 'Log In'
  5. You are now logged in!
